EVERY TUESDAY 10.30-11.30am  - Meet outside The Galley Cafe, Earl’s Port, Just off Sealand Road, 5 mins walk from Chester Racecourse
EVERY WEDNESDAY 2-3pm - Meet in Kingsway shops car park, Kingsway, Newton. A great way to get back in shapre after the arrival of your little bundle!
