Profile
Jane has had a lifelong wish to work with babies and
children. In 1992 she undertook a 3 year Diploma in
Children's Nursing followed by several years of working
as a paediatric nurse in a variety of settings, from
special care baby units to teenage wards. Overall her
main focus has been with the care of babies and younger
children as they are such a joy to work with.
With the birth of her first child, in 2002, Jane decided
to stay at home and has thoroughly enjoyed watching both
of her children grow and develop into their little
characters. She has always been very aware of how much
the way in which we simulate our babies can impact their
overall development. Hence when she had the opportunity
to run Baby Sensory classes she was very keen to get
involved and share the experience with other parents.
Having completed nearly two terms Jane has thoroughly
enjoyed running the sessions and watching both parents
and babies alike respond to the various activities.
Seeing both, parents and babies interact, socialise and
overall, experience a wonderful bonding opportunity has
made running these classes a very rewarding experience
for Jane. |
